Psychotherapy

$250 for intake assessment, $210 per regular session

  • With insurance: variable based on benefits

$240 (pre-paid) for 8-session group, $40 for drop-in

Professional Consultation

$125 per supervision hour (general)

$150 per supervision hour (specialized)

Lower cost possible based on consultee need

Guided Death Discussions

$250-350+ per hour

  • Variable based on need for setting, group size, or complexity of event planning

End-of-Life Doula Work

Legacy doula services: $150 per hour

11th-hour doula services: $100 per hour

Post-mortem doula services: $150 per hour

For Future Therapy Services: Insurance Plans

Sam Payne, Psy.D. & Associates, PLLC will accept the following coverage and payment options for therapy services:

  • Aetna PPO plans

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans (IL, WI)

  • UnitedHealthcare PPO plans

  • Self-pay (direct payment)
